TikTok - Make Your Day

TikTok is a social media app that is designed for making and sharing short videos with others on the app. The app is owned by ByteDance, which also owns the popular Chinese app Douyin. 

TikTok was released in September of 2016 and was originally called musical.ly. The app has been downloaded over 2 billion times and is especially popular among teenagers and young adults. The app was created by two American entrepreneurs, Alex Zhu and Luyu Yang.

Interface 

The interface of TikTok is very simple. When you open the app, you are taken to your home screen, which is a feed of videos that have been uploaded by the people that you follow. At the bottom of the home screen, there are three tabs: Home, Discovery, and Profile. 

The Home tab is where you watch the videos that have been uploaded by the people that you follow. The Discovery tab is where you can find new videos to watch. The Profile tab is where you can see the videos that you have uploaded, as well as the videos that you have been featured in.

Features

TikTok has a lot of features that make it fun to use. One of my favorite features is the ability to add music to your videos. You can either choose a song from the app’s music library, or you can use a song that is already in your phone’s music library. Another one of my favorite features is the ability to add filters to your videos. 

There are a lot of different filters to choose from, and you can even add text to your videos. One thing that I don’t like about TikTok is that you can’t add videos from your phone’s Camera Roll. You can only add videos that have been taken with the TikTok app.

You can create a video by recording yourself with the app's built-in camera, or you can select a video from your phone's library. You can also add music to your video, and there are a lot of different filters and effects that you can use. TikTok also has a social aspect to it, and you can follow other users and see their videos.

Usability
